Supporting Canadian Kids with cancer

The IT4CC team has been raising funds for Childhood Cancer Canada since 2010.   By 2014, the team had expanded to include a variety of companies across the Information Technology (IT) Sector.  To equally represent all of the contributing parties, we decided to create a foundation that would better represent the IT industry in Canada as a whole.  As the saying goes, it takes a village to raise (cure) a child and we are looking for corporate Canada, specifically the IT sector to take a stand against childhood cancer.  We believe that together we can and we will make a difference.

Founded in 1987, Childhood Cancer Canada (CCC) is the country's leading Foundation dedicated entirely to the fight against childhood cancer. Their goal is to improve the lives of children with cancer and their families through vital support programs and investment in collaborative cancer research. Through their unique partnership with all of Canada's 17 childhood cancer hospitals and treatment centres, they ensure that children with cancer are exposed to kinder and gentler treatments that will not only cure them but leave them with an improved quality of life into adulthood.
